Program and Service Offerings
Ongoing sessions with no pre-set number of sessions or timeframe:
Mountain Climb Expedition: "Typical" marital therapy sessions in my (virtual) office.
- Includes intensive marriage assessment activities, plus ongoing side-by-side sessions for a period of 3 to 24 months.
- Cost = $275/hr

Structured but Tailored Programs: These programs are great ways to do a lighter form of couples therapy, or as an aftercare program to phase out of therapy:
Trail Map:
- Complete intensive marriage assessment activities.
- I meet with you for 90m to develop your plan.
- I provide you a tailored written plan with readings, exercises, and practices to pursue on your own.
- Cost = $500

Trail Guide:
- Trail Map process
- Monthly submission and review of your Compass readings (an inventory I developed that measures the micro-level things needed to have a good marriage).
- 30m monthly consultation for 6 months to receive guidance on next steps to build on the progress you've experienced.
- Email troubleshooting.
- Cost = $500 for Trail Map, $200/month thereafter.

Mountain Guide:
- Includes everything that the Trail Guide process includes.
- One monthly Climbing Session in which you tackle the heart of what is going on or build something new
- Cost = $500 for Trail Map, $375/month thereafter.

Growth Paths:
- Specific, targeted experiences to energize your marriage in service of psychological, relational, and tactical growth in key areas of life.
- Complete a Trail Map
- Pick a specific area of Growth: Parenting, Financial Management, Personal Health and Wellness, Home and Life Management, Professional Development and Management, or Extended Family Relationship Management.
- 1 Monthly Climbing Session to tackle the growth area for 3 months.
- Cost = $500 for Trail Map, $500/month for three months (1 110m session) or $250/month (1 50m session).

You can add as many additional sessions to the above programs as you want at a discounted hourly rate; you can go with the trimmest level above or add intensity and focus when you need it.

Intensive Offerings:
Rescue Operation: Intensive, multi-day assessment, intervention, calming, stabilizing, and installation of repair processes.
- Cost = $3,000 to $10,000.
